Modular home construction is the building of a home in separate sections. It is built within the controlled environment of a factory and is weather protected. Modular homes are built in programmed stages from flooring to finished product. Floor treatments, framing, insulation, drywall, roofing, windows, siding, cabinetry, plumbing and lighting fixtures are all installed and completed by skilled craftsmen utilizing state of the art production technology. The home is then shipped, approximately 90% complete, to the building site and assembled on a foundation. Only minimal site construction is necessary, such as the foundation, modular set-up, securing the roof, and connection of various utilities.
Each modular home is built with quality brand name products from such reputable manufacturers as Congoleum, Aristokraft, Anderson, Delta, Certainteed, Owens Corning, General Elecric and more.
Modular homes are built to meet national, state and local codes. A data plate is issued by a third party inspection agency (PFS) to ensure that all codes are met.
Modular homes can be custom built to your specific design or an existing design can be modified according to your desire.
Your new custom modular home can be delivered in as little as 4 weeks after the order is received. The move-in date can be shortly after as Country Builders completes the work once the home is delivered.
